We use micro-cannulas where appropriate to reduce bruising and uneven distribution. Linear-threading and small bolus techniques are layered, not stacked.
Top-ups are reviewed at 4–6 weeks. Many patients never need a second syringe; some want a small refinement. Both are correct outcomes.
