Facial Balancing in Cairo — The Composition Approach

The face as one composition

Facial balancing treats your face as one composition — chin, jaw, midface, temples and lips — rather than chasing isolated features. At Be Happy Clinic each plan is built from photographic analysis, the ogee curve and anatomical measurements, then delivered in phases for a natural, lasting result.

Duration

60 minutes per visit, typically across 2–3 visits over 6 weeks

Recovery

Mild swelling or bruising for 24–48 hours after each session

Harmony — not isolated features

We treat the face as one composition. Some areas may not need anything at all.

Composition Approach

Facial Harmony Checklist

1

Ogee Curve

The S-curve from temple to cheek to jaw.

2

Vertical Thirds

Forehead, midface, lower face in proportion.

3

Horizontal Fifths

Eye, nose and mouth alignment across the face.

4

Phased Plan

2–3 sessions over 6 weeks for considered results.

Suitable For

  • Patients ready to invest in a complete, planned result
  • Asymmetry or proportion concerns
  • Those who want to avoid 'overdone' isolated features
  • Pre-wedding and milestone planning

Expected Results

Final harmony visible at 4–6 weeks after the last visit; structural results last 12–18 months with planned maintenance.

Safety

Every plan is doctor-led, photographed and built on anatomical measurements. We use high-G' HA in structural zones and softer HA in superficial areas, with conservative volumes phased across visits.

Frequently Asked

Is this just filler everywhere?+

No. It is a planned composition. Some areas may use small amounts, others may not be treated at all if the proportions don't need it.

Why is it done over multiple visits?+

Phasing lets the face settle between steps so we refine the plan based on real results, not assumptions.

Will I look 'done'?+

No. The goal is harmony — others should notice you look better, not what you had done.

Can I start with one area only?+

Yes. We can begin with the area that contributes most to the imbalance and build from there.
